It was the mongols that used the Plauge as a sort of biological weapon. The Plague first appeard in Europe or the world in General during the 1340ties. ...I saw a documentary on it this saturday. Yes, I know...I was refering to the flinging of bodies part of the biological war bit....be...because it was similar...*sits on the illiterate fools chair* |

The Black Death, or Black Plague, was one of the most devastating pandemics in human history. It began in south-western Asia and spread to Europe by the late 1340s. The total number of deaths worldwide from the pandemic is estimated at 75 million people, there was an estimated 20 million deaths in Europe alone. The Black Death is estimated to have killed between a third and two-thirds of Europe's population.
The same disease is thought to have returned to Europe every generation with varying degrees of intensity and fatality until the 1700s. Notable later outbreaks include the Italian Plague of 1629-16319 , the Great Plague of London (1665–1666), the Great Plague of Vienna (1679), the Great Plague of Marseilles(sp) in 1720–1722 and the 1771 plague in Moscow. Nostarah gets a blue magival giftbox, then goes to her inventory just to look at it. "Do I sell it, or do I open it..?" She asks herself. Thinking of no better way to decide she flips on over to tektek to look at what it could possibly contain. Reading over the list she decides she will open it, feeling that there will probably be no good results from it's opening. She hovers over the box, peering at it in a decidedly resigned fashion. "I don't know why I'm opening it, there's not going to be anything in it." she opens the box "Probably some piece of worthless stuff. Like another set of cat ea-Ho s**t, Nightmare Collar!" she cocks her head to the side and looks at it. Nothing spectacular, but in a way this is a good day for her. She places the collar on her dresser and climbs into bed. Turning out the light she takes one last glance at her new treasure, thinking how special it is only because of the way in which it was gained, and finaly closes her eyes.
