Painter is the best program I have found for clouds... but that's just me...

I'm trying to paint apricot blossoms *sobs* I have it zoomed in at 200% to try and get the details on them... and the dern painting is already 4500x5000 px sweatdrop

try using a higher opacity brush and add more shadows+colors, they look nice!
