Two things~ One, he is called Casper, but Cas or Cassie is preferred at times.
Two, may I color him? I'll keep all the original colors the same for the most part *for the most part refers to the skin..I might see about making him tan xD*

Do you work off descriptions? I can give you pictures and the likes/refs to work with but I have no actual drawn art of the one I'm looking for.

So I would give you multiple links for say- hairstyle, hair color, body type, etc. So you aren't working off just description..but there is no artwork of the actual character to reference.
