Uhm, as far as time goes... I don't really track it anymore, and between pieces it varies a lot.. I think the picture is pretty much set in the first five hours, and from there it depends on how much I wanna noodle on it.. maybe like five-fifteen more hours. I've gotten pretty fast at these so it's usually around/slightly under 10 hours, I'd guess. o3o
Of course conception and reference can take a couple hours before you even start... or I may just start drawing without any pre-work, and then that takes 0 hours!
