BP=blood pressure. i'm diagnosed with high blood pressure.

and i haven't taken my BP med in two days. i can't find the bottle.

before i was put on the BP med, i was 179/90. the lowest i've ever been is 130/80. and that's with 100mg

it's in all generations on my father's side. diabetes from all directions on my mother's side. other genetic issues as well.

my mom gets pissed off at me because she says all i do is complain. well, wtf am i supposed to do about what i'm going through then? uhhhhhhhh take drugs? smoke? WTF does she want me to do that she'll stop being angry at me.
