Yeah, I hate wigs only because they're so itchy OTL But getting the perfect wig for the cosplay regardless of how itchy makes you look epic. I've noticed that a majority of bad cosplays I've seen is usually bad due to a bad wig but also hardcore fail outfit, or the person doesn't look anything at all like the character. But I think it's usually the wig. Either wrong color or styled horribly. And sadly, hair is a defining trait for animu characters, hueg and spiky and/or defies gravity OTL
What's I think would be annoying for when you actually wear that Nia cosplay is keeping the wig untangled orz I dislike long wigs since they always get tangled easily >A< Huuuuu, I lack the self-confidence to cosplay female characters. I don't mind myself as a cute girl or sexy due to my lack of curves D; Only girl I've cosplayed so far was Kairi from KH2 in her school girl outfit. I'm gonna be cosplaying as Konata from Lucky Star during AX too only because my friends say I look like her =w=; Short and flat-chested...perfeeeect. I could never cosplay Nia though, I'm too dark rofl Only problem with the good Yoko cosplayers is that their figures are a little off. Either they're boobs aren't big enough, they've got a bit extra fat on them, or they're too skinny. Haven't seen the perfect Yoko yet but I have seen some pretty awesome ones. |

I have trouble keeping that wig untangled even when it's hanging up. =a= I like playing characters I like, like Namine and Nia and Rin. And because they wear more clothing.. I can't cosplay a sexy character because they don't wear enough clothing and it's embarrasing.. =////= And I have like, 10% curves.. orz;; |
