from what I've heard, it's because guys start out as girls lol
the embryo is basically sexless at first, but it takes a more... female route? if that makes sense... at then at some point, the y chromosome can kick in and the embryo will become male.
I could be wrong though, I just heard this somewhere before, I havent actually learned this in class or anything haha

but... well it makes sense, I mean guys dont need nipples for anything, so like... shouldnt evolution have gotten rid of them a long time ago? xD
