Any time I mention anything about me wanting to exercise so that I can stay fit/lose weight, people stare at me like I'm crazy and are like "WHATCHU TALKING BOUT GIRL YOU DON'T GOTTA LOSE NO WEIGHT, YOU'RE SO SKINNY, YOU WANNA BE ANOREXIC?"
I am not skinny, even my doctor said that, she said I was proportionate and if I was taller THEN I'd be skinny.
I'm gaining some blub on my tummy "OTL
I'm also really lazy //stabbed "orz
Idk, that comes off as really insensitive to me..like anorexia and other eating disorders aren't really something to joke about
I mean, if you're eating well and if you're happy with your body, then yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaas 4laugh
i think everyone gains weight around the holidays rofl
I'm just trying to get back into the same rigorous routine that I was doing back in the spring since I honestly felt so alive and energetic, and it felt so good to wake up each morning and feel healthier/exercise and all that..and my self-control over that period was really good and I'm just trying to ease back into that ; u ;
