I think that these sooo many styles and different categories art can be in so when I browse around I look for art that is astheically and pleasing more unique/original than the rest. Anime is fine though I do prefer OC's to pairings in fanarts.

I'm partial to photography. I just discovered the photography arena this morning and have spent all day browsing, rating and commenting. I entered two of my own and look forward to entering many more.

Anyway! I would like see more originality and better quality. I wish people would take more time to make sure their artwork uploads correctly and it we can see it. I'm not too turned off by computer graphics. Computer graphics won't make you a lesser artist, you still need skill to make good artwork. Nor am I turned off by the anime- good anime still needs skill. Originality in the artwork and better quality.

im more interested in paintings and drawings... This new age computer art all looks the same after a while and lacks originality. You can never replace fine arts.

I couldn't agree more! Don't get me wrong, I don't mind digital art, but I do love to see more traditional art.

And as for my favorite art... I like fan art drawn how the artist sees or feels that the characters should look. It's quite interesting.

I prefer to see an anime-esque stlye of art, leaning somewhat towards realism.
If it's just straight out anime, but executed nicely, I'll still love it and all, but I like to see a tiny bit of realistic qualities in a piece.
