It is very cute. although it is hard to critique chibi's XD
I was scanning your other art too and it is very good.
the only constructive criticism i can give you is your perspective of faces are a little off...but other than that your proportions are good.

Try drawing from a model so you can see how a persons face looks...where their mouth is compared to their nose and eyes when they are turned at a 3/4 angle or something.

i like the idea you went with and most of the drawing the only thing i would change is the eyes make them a little more cartoony like the rest of the picter

wow that is incredibly rude. I'm not going to get upset about it however because this is the internet and I am aware that it's full of rude losers like you who have nothing better to do with their time than to insult people who are just minding their own business.
However drawing IS a skill, and a far more valuable one than knowing how to make people hate you.

PS: I don't think that you can even joke about other people's relationships as it is apprent that you have none and never will rolleyes

I think you need darker shading on the clothes they look flat compared to everything else in the drawing. And since you are going for a chibi style, the eyes could actually be bigger.
