How do u get the art on to a computer

ok well i love to draw and sadly im not very smart at computers soooo how can i get my art onto my computer....i know im stupid sweatdrop

Well if you draw somethign in real life, just use a scanner or even a camera though I don't advise it. sweatdrop
If you mean to draw on the computer you have to use a program like GIMP or photoshop etc along with either a mouse or tablet to draw with.

Camera works very well for larger or bulkier artworks that scanners can't scan. Just remember to use a tripod (if you don't have one, try a table or something stable) with white light and place the center of the picture parallel to where you are shooting. Oh, forgot one thing, the picture need to be placed perpendicular to the ground, which means that you probably need an easel >.<
