The photos you have posted are mediocre at best. If you want to do something new and different, experiment with not putting your subject in the center. Also, choose subjects other than flowers and plants. If you must do plants and flowers, reintrepret. Show them in unexpected ways. If you need inspiration for this, check out Robert Mapplethorpe's work with flowers.
For landscape shots like your sunset picture, you need a beginning, middle, and end. You need something in the foreground that shows some detail, it could be an old interesting car or building, or maybe a geographical feature. You need something in the middle to carry the eye through the piece and then something in the background.
In addition, learning how to color balance and adjust exposure in a photo editing program will be useful too.
The pictures you posted are not bad photographs, but they are not different; anyone could take the same pictures with a decent camera.
