The first anime I watched was technically pokemon, but the first anime I watched after knowing what anime was was Yumeiro Patissiere. I watched a few others but once it ended I stopped.

i first watched sakura cardcaptor and avatar the last airbender which i think is technically an anime, but it was after i watched inuyasha that i really got into it. although now i watch it and it looks sorta childish compared to some i've watched recently

omg! i adore vampire knight! but, i cant say i like it more than hellsing cuz ive never seen it. i think ill have to try it out now

Technically Inuyasha was the first anime I watched knowing it was anime, but it took Fullmetal Alchemist to get me actually hooked.

The original Pokemon was my first because I use to like Pokemon alot. Then when I discovered Dragonballz and SailorMoon I began to love anime. 3nodding

Any anime that was on Toonami and Fox Kids back in the day. But it would have to be Yoroiden Samurai Troopers/Ronin Warriors that made me look up stuff on the net. Then Sailor Moon. Now it's whatever I find.
