When Gin gets killed by Aizen. Cuz at this point you realize he was just trying to help Rangiku the WHOLE TIME. And she's crying and I'm crying and its just one big mess T crying T
Thats from Bleach by the way, and I highly recommend that people read the manga instead of watching the anime. Just my opinion.

This series, Air Tv, got me crying from few episodes to the ending.
The worst part is I bought that boxset after the death of my loving grandpa.
And I can't sing the whole song without thinking about my grandpa & the anime.

Trigun: Vash breaking down after Wolfwood's death. One minutes, he's his usually goofy self, the next he's sobbing. It kills me.
