I dont think Naruto and hinata have that at ALL. They have no communication. They can't seem to interact casually. They seem to have some level of inspiration (Mainly one sided) but no intimacy or understanding.

Neji and Hinata have that.

and Hinata has no desire in Neji at all,she has a huge crush,and is pretty much in love with Naruto.

My point is that Hinata has shown that she has very powerful insights into Neji's life and Neji into hers. Neji has been more supportive and empathetic towards Hinata than any other character in the series. He has shown concern and understand of her feelings in a way no one else has.

As I have stated before, just because you have an opinion doesn't mean it's not stupid.

Yes. Neji was a d**k. He was angry and bitter. But he STILL tried to make Hinata forfeit (3 or 4 times) so he wouldn't have to fight her. During their fight he showed a deep understanding of her problems (Though was insensitive to them at the time) and HINATA was able to cut to the core of HIS emotional problems.

Afterward, after NAruto has beaten Neji, we see his bitter outlook on life change. He is once again supportive of Hinata. When he knows Naruto is leaving he suggests Hinata go say good bye to him (At this point Kiba cut in and makes fun of Hinata. Because he's a douche like that)

In Shippuden it is Neji who panics when Hinata is hurt, Neji who rushes off to find a medic (Sakura).

Ah, character development. Wonderful thing.

And yes, Naruto stood up for Hinata, and told the adults NOT to stop the fight, while Hinata was laying in a puddle of her own blood, struggling to breath. "Dont give up Hinata!" -face/palm-
I understand that it's noble to not give up, but to the point where you're putting people's (including your own) life at risk, it becomes less....heroic.
