As for me, I would say Excalibur and Blackstar from Soul Eater because they really are just that annoying, and Sasuke from Naruto, because he is an author created Mary-Sue.

Lilie from Princess Tutu--Pike I liked, but this girl I can't stand. Every scene she's in makes me want to claw my ears out. She's an awful friend, too; she doesn't want Ahiru to find happiness, she openly states she wants her to get her heart broken!

Black Star and Excalibur from Soul Eater--They. Never. Shut. Up!

Amati from Spice and Wolf 2--for trying to break up Lawrence and Holo. And for just generally being a d**k about it.

Yu Kanda from D.Gray--man--Having a bad childhood doesn't give you the right to be a rude a** to everyone! Especially when there are people who've had it just as bad as you.(lately, he's cooled off some, so I don't find him quite so unbearable.)

Not sure is she really counts, but Katara from Avatar: The last airbender--She's a boring, generic anime heroine; border-line Mary-sue, and I can't stand her "holier than thou" attitude.
