....so i went for sophia...now i find tatiana and alister's relationship somewhat "interesting"

loved that series... liked Lavi best though.

yay for someone different. So far the focus has been on Dio as a fav. I liked Lavi but I was more of a Tatiana fan. I enjoyed that relationship a lot

Same here, I'm more for Tatiana x Claus than Lavie x Claus. Though, same as Dio, I didn't like Tatiana at first either.

CATGIRLSABRINA: Yes, the main appeal of Last Exile when I first watched it was the setting and the fact that instead of being bright and cartoony, it had awesome realistic-type graphics. There's just so much to love heart

Well thats because he is! lol I mean he can't go 3 seconds without talking to either Luciola or Claus lol. Well I guess I'll talk about my favorite fight scene which would have to be when Luciola & Maestro Delphine's servant fight. I couldn't think of his name so I had to settle for Maestro Delphine's servant lol.

I completely agree with you there, I love how they interpreted that into a dance. That whole scene was so very very great. However, I didnt like how Luciola died gonk

To Angel-kun: His name is Cicada. One of the only Guilder badguys I love.

The dance-fight I thought was kind of weird and something that's hard not to make fun of, but I like it too. I didn't like how Lucciola died either, I kept telling him "Don't take the ring, DON'T TAKE THE RING!!!!"

She is positively my most HATED anime villian I've met so far. The only character who has ever stirred this much hatred in me is Flay from Gundam Seed.

The dance was pretty granted random. i was screaming at lucciola not to take the ring to...i feel retarded but this was the only anime i cried about.....and cicada is awesome....i'm sad that they had to fight since they were brothers.... crying

I never got too emotional about Luciola died, but yes, I was quite upset about it. I still dont understand why he took the ring sad Im fairly sure he knew what would happen to him, he was a Guild member after all. He had to know the properties of that ring. Much sadness

Dio is like, my favortist chracter ever! I find him extremely endearing! And his relationship with Lucciola resonates on the same level Sesshomaru's did with Rin, Jaken and that dragon thingy from Inuyasha.

I think his English voice actor(Joshua Seth) did an awesome job as well.

I wonder if they'll ever make a sequal-thingy. It'd be interesting to see how warped Dio's mind is after Lucciola's death and... 'everything else'.

Yeah.. Lucciola died so gracefully... then Maestro Delphine had to ruin it all >.< ! "Oh Lucciola, how beautiful", or whatever she said. Being a LE fan I hate that I can't quote things verbatum. I've watched it enough, I should, but.. yeah.

Ah, yokai, that's 'roger', right? I'm going to start saying 'yokai' instead of 'yes'. Hehe. Actually, I wouldn't do that in real life but I might use it on Gaia.

Actually, the series does lend itself to a prequel quite well. Seeing as there is the story about Lavi and Claus growing up without parents, Dio's upbringing in the guild, and hell maybe they can even add a few things about Mullin. The creators would have to do it right though, because they is a high chance of failing when creating a prequel like this.
