there's been no official announcement of a second season being worked on yet, and last month Sentai even said they'd got no indication they were working on more yet.
and if by looking for more like it you mean more Hollywood-style zombie anime you're pretty much out of luck. zombie stuff isn't really all that popular in Japan. altho if you like manga look up Cradle of Monsters and Dawn: Tsumetai te

there was a video from a convention a little over a year ago where they mentioned wanting to do more that was getting flouted as a full confirmation there'd be one. the only thing was, those saying it was confirmation stopped listening after the "yes" bit and missed the whole bit that boiled down to "if everything works out" that came after it.
