Escaflowne (I swore this series used to be on FOX KIDS when I was 6,7, or 8 cause when I saw it in Japanese w/subs a couple years back online I swore the characters looked the same but I'm not really sure lol ) then it was digimon for me

the first anime series I saw that I realized wasn't made in North America was Voltron, the second Unico. the one that made me realize just how different Japan's idea of a kiddy movie was from the North American view of a kiddy movie was Ringing Bell/Chirin no Suzu.

I think it was Grendizer or something... But I know it had something to do with robots. Though, if it isn't it would be Dragon Ball or something.= P.

Sailor Moon heart I finally finished the series (after a long break) 4 years ago with season 5 online since they couldn't twist it enough to put it into English the way they have been xp
actually it was Toei, the Japanese studio, that wouldn't allow any North American company to license the StarS season or renew the license on the earlier seasons. Toei was planning on a Japanese special edition rerelease of Sailor Moon and didn't want cheaper North American imports to be readily available to compete with their rerelease.

the first anime iever saw and fell in love with was Inuyasha. that's my all time favorite anime.
