Death Note is great, but it kills itself during the second half. I much prefer the live action movies.

Death Note is, indeed, really good!

The openings/endings are amazing, the animation is phenomenal, and the plot is ingenious!!!

The only negative, in my opinion, was Near. I seriously think he was freaking LAME!!! Oh, and the ending...WTF?! I hated how Light died, I didn't know whether to scream and put my foot through the computer or cry, lol.
