Maybe other things from key razz (that's the group that made clanned)
I really love clanned smile
Rumbling Hearts and Kanon made me cry. Elfen Lied especially....
I did cry in some parts of Fruits Basket... lol
Anything by Makoto Shinkai is sensitive, sad, and very beautiful. Every one of his films has made me cry. His work is very reflective and poetic, and the art is incredible!
You may want to look at look into:

Voices of a Distant Star,

The Place Promised in Our Early Days,

5 Centimeters per Second

These three are definitely some of my favorite anime films!!!

Thank you for the many suggestions!
I've looked into a few, and they seem pretty interesting~

i know one its called higurashi no naku koro ni. its sad but its also bloody and gory. you mihgt like it idk though. if you wish to see it go to the vj and look up higurashi and it should come up warning:the promo is ful of bloody nasty and torterous moments hope you like it!!!!!!
This thread still taking suggestions?

Ahem,,, Try Honey and Clover, it has moments when you'll laugh and moments when you'll cry, but for me, the series (both 1st and 2nd season) in a whole is touching....

This thread is always open to more suggestions. I'll be checking it regularly. <3

OMG ... ehm... i forgot about Elfen Lied, Fruit Basket, Romeo x Juliet, oh and the movie of Full Metal Alchemist: the conqueror of shambala

      Wow, thanks guys. c:
I've already seen Chrono Crusade and Full Moon though. c:

I'd look back on my life, turn it into a book...

I finished Kuroshitsuji today. I cried, but that was only because it was over.
It's not really THAT sad of an anime, it's funnier and informative than anything.

...then read it quietly by the window side

Air, Venus Versus Virus, Shigofumi, Sola, Shinigami no Ballad.
Gunslinger Girl is sad in a completely different way, especially the manga.

Millennium Actress had me crying so hard I missed the last 4 minutes and the credits.

God's In Heaven

Cyborg 009 made me cry plenty especially during the second season and for the fact the author died before he could finish the manga which meant no more episodes gonk but atleast it had a TINY bit of closure crying
