and Kuroshitsuji is not really yaoi just yaoi jokes its more drama and serious then anything

-sigh- it's not. It's an anime with shounen-ai undertones. THAT'S IT. As well as Kuroshitsuji. They have enough hints towards BL to be put in the list. This person isn't looking for actual yaoi anime. They aren't even looking for shounen-ai. Which none of the above, is. Thus, they get a whole bunch of anime, mostly consisting of men, that have intimate moments with other men (whether it be friendship or hints at something more than friendship).

Read the first post: "ie someone who watches a non-shounen ai show, sees the dynamics between two males and their potential, but isnt like "OMG THEY'RE REAL!!1!112"

Are you looking for "sophisticated" yaoi?
Those are hard to come by...

FAKE is all I can think of right now, but it's a manga, not an anime. There is an OVA, but like most OVA's, it does not do the series justice. I honestly wouldn't suggest watching it unless you've read the manga.
The two main characters are cops and the series balances their jobs and developing relationship quite well.
There's also an adorable (straight) side couple. ;D

Now, anime with slashable characters?
Perhaps xxxHolic? It's a CLAMP series, and when they do something good, it's good. The couple I slash is practically canon and I've heard rumors that it actually does become canon later on (not sure about that one, though).
The anime itself is done very well, especially considering its rather hokey subject. A parentless boy who sees and attracts spirits is hired by the mysterious owner of a wish-granting shop.
Uhm.
A lot of... not exactly high-minded-ness, but it's not exactly what I like to call a "mindless" anime (though those do have their place). It takes a little bit of effort to watch, but a good kind of effort... like how it takes effort to read and then grasp the concept of poetry. You see what I mean?

Hmm. Durarara!! is also extremely slashable, although (imo) it's a step down from FAKE and xxxHolic.
The anime alone is worth watching for its story-telling methods. Events are shown slightly out of order, with many different sides shown. This anime also takes effort to watch (to connect the dots), but again, in a good way (plus, I find connecting the dots rather satisfying in an anime).
And if you like this one, I strongly suggest Baccano!. It uses similar storytelling methods, but utilizes them better. I would have suggested this one to you first, but it's not as "slashable".

One of my favorites is Future Lovers. Another is Loveholic.

And I think anything by CLAMP is slash-able. sweatdrop
