Since I dunno about the first one, I'd say Geass.
I'd have the power of that one kid in Episode 15 or some s**t, where the kid could control the person to do whatever he wanted, but the person himself wasn't under any control. Like puppeting the body or some s**t.

Plus, it'd be cool to have an eye like that. 8D

And the only reason as to why I pick Geass over DeathNote is, although it would be very helpful, I'd be doing exactly what Kira did. "No one would know it was me!"
