well all three of these abilities are very godlike, and from wat i've seen and heard the seem like the three best powers in the anime world. Having the DeathNote and using it for justice like L u could have the world at your fingertips (although i dont condone killing anyone for any reason). With a Geass u can have an edge on everything(plus fancy eyes lol). With a bankai u could have any type of crazy amazing ability that u could master and manipulate it creating others (and by being a deathgod u could save helpless souls from the horrible Hollows XD)oh and with bankai u could ascend to higher lvls. wat would i choose well, i have no idea but i wouldnt want any of these powerz lol it would be something less godlike(although having powers in general is godlike hm...) anywho i would just want to help the world without killing and hurting people, lol this is a big world we live in
