My favorite anime tends to switch off a lot...so I think if I got one of my favorite character, I'd regret it like, next year because then I would HAVE IT ON ME FOREVER and it'd suck.

Same here, except I tend to change back eventually, but I obsess over it to a lesser degree.

Actually, I have two tattoos, and one is my favorite anime character. I have Yusuke tattooed on my right arm, and if you really want to know, it's of his demon form in the nude.

I don't see what the big deal is. I've liked it from the day I had it put on. I figure it's something I like and if other's don't accept that, they don't have to look at it.

Yes, while you all present good arguments about might not wanting it there in the future, but that is your preferance as well. I don't reccomend getting anything you're not sure of. And for those of you that don't have tattoos, I warn you, it's like an odd drug, once you get your first one, you just have to have more.

My other tattoo while not exactally anime related, it is from the Final Fantasy games, I've had it about three years now, longer then the Yusuke one, and I still like it just as much as well.

So, it just comes down to personal prefferance. Me on the other hand, I plan to get more of anime and game characters. And on another note, it's almost like getting a name tattooed on you, it just depends on what the meaning is and who it represents...
