I don't really hate any anime or manga to the point of wanting to gouge my eyes out but if I had to pick something, Inuyasha and all of the post time skip Naruto AKA Naruto Shippuden.

One Piece, imo. I hate the story and I hate the art, the fandom makes it even worse because they act like it's godly.

Well I suppose it depends on what you generally like but imo...

Rahxephon. They took everything that was mediocre about Evangelion and everything that was great about Gasaraki and made a terrible show with plot holes greater than moon craters...

Yu Yu Hakusho is kind of dull in that Dragon Ball Z, Sailor Moon, and Naruto way (everything takes too long).

Hand Maid May. Except for the fans service, there was nothing good about this show. And even that was lacking.
