My favorite character would have to be either Tsume, from Wolf's Rain, or L from Death Note.

Chiyo-Chan from Azumanga Daioh is the cutest character 4laugh

My favourite characters have to be Kenpachi and Urahara from Bleach, Haji from Blood .... oh oh oh!! And Stein from Soul Eater!

My favourite villain is Shizuka Hio from Vampire Knight and umm... that's all I can think of right now.

i really don't feel like scanning thousands of pages to see if anyone else agrees with me but if you do let me know...
Best villain-- (though most of my fave villains are just as likely good characters) -- Jegan from Rave Master
Favorite Hero-- (probably) Prince Ashitaka from Princess Mononoke
Best neutral--(and possibly best all-around) Jin from Yu-Yu-Hakusho
