The coolest guy of all time, if you would call him a guy, would be Alucard from Hellsing. I mean how cool can a guy be who is a vamp and doesn't wear nothing but all black and a trench coat! I mean the guy has style as well as class and he really knows how to use the color red to accent his eyes. The only problem with him is the fact that his hair stylist must've been on vacation when they were shooting the series because when he isn't wearing a hat he looks like a Bill Gates wannabe.
