I believe that the first Anime I was exposed to was Robotech, that was way back in the 80's. My brother was a fan of Anime, especially Mech, so I saw many different ones growing up, though I wasn't really into them. The first Anime to actually spark my interest was Escaflowne, but the one that really got me hooked was Inuyasha.

My very first animes were pokemon and DBZ. Been a fan of pokeman for 11 years now, woot!! But what really drew me in was Inuyasha. Still love it!!! (Now if only it had an ending...lol )

My first anime that I saw was blue gender. I was 7 i think. It was three in the morning and I just randomly found it on tv eek . Then a few years later I looked for the series and couldn't stop watching it until the messed up ending. cry

I have good news for you... Inyasha will have an ending... (in the show) it is called Inuyasha: The Final Act you can find the episodes one www.animecrazy.net though they are subbed
