There was a scene in the japanese DBGT, where the Giant Golden Ozaru Baby Vegeta was slamming his fists into Goku's stomach while he was pinned between a rooftop at ssj4, he kept caughing up blood and you could hear organs and bones crushing inside of him, plus all of his cries.....~Shudder~ yeah, it may not be the most gruesome scene, but it almost made me cry, poor goku...

I'd say either Berserk, and I noticed that neither Akira or 3x3 Eyes is on your list. Sorry, but Akira is extremely gruesome in quite a few parts, and 3x3 Eyes has gore up the wazoo.
