Mmm... Witch Hunter Robin and Ergo Proxy come to mind for gothic.

Maybe also Gosick in a more classical sense, sort of?

NANA..? it revolves around these two girls that have the same name (nana), and one of them is a singer in a rock band. i guess her style could be 'gothic' ~
