Seeing how he knows the truth he will have another battle with Naruto just like the one at the Valley of the End . Either Naruto or sasuke will have to make a hard choice . Kill his "brother" and save Konoha or die trying to convince him to stop all this madness . It's just a guess

Personally, I think he's going to beat the ever loving s**t out of Naruto.
And given the choice, he could kill Naruto. Or not.
And I think he wont.
I think he'll turn on Madara. Not for the sake of the village, or his pride or his revenge. I think he'll turn on Madara for the sake of Naruto, for Team 7, and the life he could have had.
And I think Madara will kill him for that.
Then NAruto will go all AFGGGhHDSaASD! Kyuubi, kill Madara, some grieving happens, and Sasuke is given an honorable funeral, worthy of a prince of Kohona.

I think what he should is get some mental help maybe get some anti-depression pills.

He'll try to kill the village elders(who will end up acutally being evil later,so Sasake won't be a "bad" guy) but Naruto comes in to stop him. They fight in spectular style, only to be interuppted by Madara, who reveals he lied to get Sasuke on his side, forcing Naruto and Sasuke to work together again. Naruto hold down Madara somehow(since the only way to "magically kill Madara" is the Mangeyko Sharigan) and Sasuke is forced to kill them both, but Naruto will live long enough to convince the village that Sasuke not to give him the execution he deserves. Sasuke goes blind and Naruto is named Hokage posthumusally(sp). During the assalut on Konoha, the Eagle group, remaining Akatsuki members and Kabuko will all be killed by the Chunin/Jonin wrapping up most remaining plot holes in a rather unfulfilling manner.

I think Naruto's going to kill Sasuke.

He's already in cooperation with the Akatsuki's efforts. Right now he and his group ("Hawk", "Eagle", "Parakeet", I forget. . .) are going to find the eight-tailed jinchuuriki or whatever it's called, while the remaining Akatsuki go for Naruto.

Afterwards however, Sasuke's plan is to "destroy" the Leaf. Which probably means the last remaining Sanin is probably going to die like the other two. This is probably going to end up being the last arc in the series if it plays out like it should.
