I've said it before, and I'll say it again: GRAVE OF THE FIREFLIES!!!

I wonder, has anyone ever seen it? Most of the people cried when Hughes died in FMA, and that was a really sad moment. Didn't make me cry, though. Others say when L died. That was sad too, but Grave of the Fireflies has the ultimate depressing death scene. It cannot be beaten! CANNOT!!! twisted

Alright, now that I've gotten my semi-otakuish moment, the saddest scene in a series was probably the last episode of Elfen Lied.

The ending of the last episode of Lucky Star made me tear up. 3nodding I was sad to see the series go. And also, they were pretty sad about leaving the school themselves! But that episode was also epic and funny.

And the part of the last episode of Azumanga Daioh where they're graduating. Even though I was laughing toward the end of that scene a bit anyway. Yomi can't sing. XD

The end of Ginban Kaleidoscope...why did you have to go Pete? Why?? The ending of Paradise Kiss made me mad but I didn't cry. Other than that...not so much. Oh and when Hughes died, I cried long and hard. ;-;

When Naruto was crying about Sasuke leaving.
And, When I thought Gaara was dead.

The time in Utawarerumono, when Taro died. It's not that Taro died..that didn't make me cry, made me saddened yes...but cry....I cried when Arruru started freaking out.
