I disliked the emo too, but really they made this series mostly for guys IMO.
Aren't there a lot of girl manga out there that don't get adapted with the same kinds of storys? Chick gets attention from a lot of guys that want her etc..

Primula had such a tragic story. Glad she pulled through. Lol the only real Drama in the series that was.. well tragic.
