I don't have any anime to recommend for you, but don't watch Neon Genesis Evangelion. It will bore you. I personally like it, but if Fullmetal Alchemist bored you, and Death Note disappointed you, don't watch Evangelion.

I recommend K-ON. It's a short anime, but it really put a smile on my face

Well, I would definitely recommend Mushi-shi, it was very good and had great art. Maybe try Mythical Detective Loki Ragnarok, Samurai 7 (anime), Tenchi Muyo! (for a humorous anime), and Saiyuki. The Devil May Cry anime was good, but you may need to know about the games to better understand the anime. Gundam has some good series, so maybe look at them. Origin: Spirits of the Past was a good movie. I'm not sure you'd like it but a really funny anime is Wallflower, which is kinda aimed more at girls.

I wasn't into animes too.......but when i first watched NARUTO I really liked it you should watch it it's pretty awesome.....if you didn't like Naruto watch ( yamato nadeshiko shichi henge ) I know it's a long name blaugh but it's really FUNNY biggrin
