Recomend some Anime to me?

I don't normally like Anime, stuff like Bleach and Full Metal Alchemist bore me, but I just got through watching Code Geass and really enjoyed it, more than anything I've ever watched I'd go as far as to say.

Could anyone recommend I watch anything else? I've been told to watch Cowbow Bebop, and I tried watching Dead Note as my friend said it was like Code Geass; it's not, I was disappointed.

I've ordered season 1 of Ghost in the Shell on DVD too, dunno If I'll enjoy it but I saw a few episodes on Anime Central (whilst it was airing in the UK) and it seemed okay.

hmm idk if you like code geass maybe you should watch a mecha anime...the only one I can think of is gundum...oh and Ghost in the shell is really good 3nodding

You should try watching Mononoke if you like visually pleasing and interesting animation with a not-so-common story line.

Hellsing, although the anime is nowhere near as good as the manga... but if you watch the anime and enjoy in, I recommend the manga.

Just don't watch Hellsing Ultimate unless you read the mango.

Elfen lied, I saw the first few episodes... it was alright, my sister watched the entire thing and enjoyed it though so I may give it another go. smile
