To be completely blunt.. neither.

They drag out forever and ever..

If you like shonen type anime, try something like tokyo underground or somesuch. Its the same concepts, only done much quicker in a shorter series.

When you truly get down to it... both are the same. an army of like millions of soldiers with the same job class, (a million ninjas, and a million death gods) living in a secret society. So I love both, but Bleach is better.
