I can understand the whole "Running crouched makes you streamline and more aerodynamic" concept, but what if you trip? Wouldn't your face be the first thing to hit the ground? eek OUCH!

first running like that uses up more energy because you put more stress on your legs
so you actually need more effort

they arent swinging thier arms back and forth like youre supposed to because thats what cirulates your blood back to your heart and hands

running crouched actually helps a lot... ive ran like that and at first i tired easily but once i got the hang of it i ran faster... just pray you dont trip cause youd be going headfist to the ground confused

why does kakashi have a sharingan???..
here in portugal, the manga is still very late .. so please tell me

when kakasi was still in a team of three he lost his eye on a mission a teammate who was from the uchiha clan was in the team and was killed but before he died he gave kakashi his remaining good eye which was stuck in sharingan mode and thats how he got it XD

I've actually done the running thing before, it actually really does help, but though I did go faster I got tired alot quicker.

because it uses excessive energy to run like that cause ur push all ur strength in one leg to another

Q: Why do the Naruto people run like that?
A: It actually helps them. Now picture a person running upright. That thing called air resistance is slowing them down for every place it touches. Now, imagine someone Naruto-style running. Since they're bent over, they cut down about two feet of air resistance, so it makes them faster. And yes, it does work in real life. I've increased my running speed by about 1 mph with the same effort as 1 mph less.

It's also a way to cut down your surface area. They are ninja after all and are probablly trained like that so they do not make a good target. The smaller the surface area, the harder to hit.

OxO cause I'm stupid and me and my brother are fighting about it..... ok there are cars in naruto, no? well I think there are cause I'm pretty sure there was one in the episode with naruto in the land of waves when they first meet the crime boss and what not... did the crime boss not step out of a car? anyways.... o.o if there are cars...... does anyone think naruto's going to want to drive one XD that would be cool... ganster naruto in his sweet ride XD I'm just wondering and being stupid >w<
