Chakra is sort of like Plasma, one of the forms mater can take. The other forms are:

Solid

Liquids

Gas


Plasma is one of the forms not that is not that discussed in high school. The teachers just state that it can be found in in lightning and in outer space.

Out of the four states of matter, only one can get "tangled up" as you are referring too. And that is the one that has a defenait volume and definait area it can obtain.

The rest either are missing one of those properties or don't have them to begin with.

I am assuming that because chakra is just like plasma, it will simply go through what ever object when it is released in the way Kankuru and every other puppet master releases it.

Now, if Kankuru were to give it definiat volume and area, as in putting chakra in actual strings, then it would have the ability to become tangled.

But seeing as that would be a bad thing if he is in battle, he cannot afford to have that happen.
