FLCL, Abenobashi, Azumanga, Pita-Ten, D-N-Angel(can be funny sometimes), Full Metal Alchemist, Samurai Deeper Kyo, Kenshin, i could go on forever but those are the ones that were on the top of my head ^^; .

Jungle Wa Itsumo Hale Nochi Guu, Dokkoida, Galaxy Angel (all of em), Mahoromatic, Sabre Marionette J, Battle Programmer Shirase, Full Metal Panic - FUMOFFU...there are soooooo many more! but these are purely "funny" anime's, they dont try and be anything else.
