Assuming this is cartoon Starfire (Comics one horribly thrashes Naraku)... I actually go with Starfire. Naraku has never dealt with anyone who has anywhere near her level of strength and energy profection. She'd blast him to mush just like she did to Plasmis.

Naraku would most likely realize he couldn't win in a few minutes and run away...

All of Naraku's abilities are worthless against Starfire.

Poison? Starfire can survive in space. Her body can survive far worse conditions.

Absorbtion? Starfire can simply fly strigh up a few hundred yards than use her star-orb attack, blowing Naraku to peices.

Regeneration? Starfire's attacks are stronger than anything Naraku's ever been shown to keep fighting.

Barrier? Starfire's too strong to be kept out by such a weak thing. In an episode where she re-visited Tameran, she easily lifts a glass with one hand (with no sign of visible strain) that Cyborg, BB in gorrila form, and even Raven (using TK) can't manage to lift with all their strength.

The match is almost over...time is running out. So far Black Spector's imagining is leading Naraku to victory...I will wait to see if someone can convince me otherwise.

Naraku, I'd have to say. Starfire has a problem that keeps her from winning this: No wide ranged, large attack. As stated in the first post, Naraku employs demons from his own body to distract and help. But we aren't talking about 5, or 20, we're talking about demons in the hundreds to thousands range. He also uses the demons to make powerful copies of himself. If Starfire had so much trouble with Billy Numerous, what makes anyone think she can get past this? And knowing Naraku, he would do something ******** up like say: use the demons as a distraction and implant a cursed peice of shard or a piece of himself in her, absorbing or killing her from the inside out.

Naraku blasts poison at Starfire, Starfire charges straight through it, being completely immune. Naraku, being caught by surprise, raises a bariier. Starfire Smashes into said barrier, glowing green with the power of her people she pushes through.

Naraku raises multiple tentacles in her way, trying to keep him from his vulnerable center. Starfire takes advantage of this and grabs said tentacles flying up in the air. and swinging him around. Naraku, surprised by the girl's alien strength, sends his body in mid-air to try and absorb her.

Enclosed on all sides by her enemy, starfires eyes glow a brilliant electric green, as she expels bright emerald energy from her body in all directs, shattering the rest of Naraku's body. While looking at the falling peices of her opponent, Starfire notices the hundreds of peices strating to bod together and yells in surprise.

As soon as Naraku's head is fully formed, he looks up just in time to see a barrage of green enrgy orbs assailing his still-mutilated flesh. At this point Naraku decides discretion may be the better course and slinks away.

Starfire has a counter for everything Naraku can do.

Further strength comparison: She was once seen lifting casually with one hand, twice the weight that Cyborg could straining. And Cyborg has been known to throw CARS casually.
