I'm going to go out on a limb (and be somewhat unoriginal) and say that if they started InuYasha as a game instead of an anime, it could have been very interesting. Not a game in the style of the past games that they've made; all of those have either been fighting only or...whatever kind of game you call it when the fighting isn't really fighting but...something else. <yeah, talkin' 'bout the second game here and not sure what to call that. If they had done it somewhat similar to say, maybe, the way they made Okami (good fights, (mostly) free movement, various things you can do type of game, it wouldn't be so bad. True, it would be like the Never-Ending-Ever-Continuing-Saga-of-Eternity kind of game, but it's a lot more fun to be swinging the sword than watching someone else swing it, right? <It would also help if they gave the game a decisive end, unlike in the anime...as for the manga, I've never read it, so I can't say much there.
Anyway, InuYasha would have held potential for being this kind of game, I think....but only if it stood by itself I guess. ...Well I think it woulda been more interesting that way, but that's just my take on it. sweatdrop
