it's bloody, violent, and absolutly amazing!
I personally prefer the manga, but the anime's awesome, too

Vampire Knight, from what I've heard, although it's shoujo.
Princess Resurrection (pretty sure it's also shoujo, but, it's bloodier and more violent than Vampire Knight).

Higurashi No Naku Koro Ni is quite intresting, not as "Violent" but id say out of 10, 6
Umineko No Naku Koro Ni is also intresting, but doesn't get "Violent" untill later, 10, 8 as the series progresses
