Honestly, I'm really not too sure about game=>anime adaptations. Some of them don't turn out that good, while others do. There's a lot of games that I really wouldn't want to risk mediocrity for.

Which means that I don't want a Golden Sun anime. stare

Though, the visual novel Narcissu would probably make a nice OVA or movie....

Rune Factory as any type of anime could work. Because Rune Factory is part Harvest Moon they could play around a bit more with the story then most other RPGs.

My next choice would be StarFox. I would like to see Adventures turned into an anime series/movie but I wouldn't mind Assault or N64 game anime ether. Command would have to be a huge no.
