okay so whats your thoughts on the new full metal alchemist brotherhood vs the old full metal alchemist?

I personally didn't like the first series ending, and I liked the manga more than the first series, so I like Brotherhood more.

Current/"Old" confuses me beyond all reason, frankly.
Brotherhood makes much more sense.

I like the first anime the best. Brotherhood's art is ugly. Same with the manga. I'd enjoy both infinitely more if the art was less ... fat.
