I love both series, but I like Brotherhood more because it follows the manga, it makes more sense, and it's just epic!
I just saw episodes 23 and 24, and I was so hooked. Brotherhood is definatly better than the original. ^^

I like Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood as it fallows the manga more closely. Though at times the animation needs some improvement.

I prefer the manga over either anime, but if I had to choose it would be Brotherhood because Hohopapa is in it earlier and Ling, Ran Fan, and Mei all appear in it. Plus I find Brotherhood!Winry far more likable.
