She's just......there.

Well, yeah. I was like that at first, too.
But, I read some about her on the Durarara wikia and found out more about her character.
So she grew to be one of my favorites. o:
Also, shes mentioned waayyy more in the light novels.

I think it was just her like dying her hair before she got into the hospital or something. o.O;
Like Kida did too, it says in the first ep.
Mikado: "Oh wow! I didn't know you had dyed you hair!"
Meaning that his hair was probably brown or black before highschool. So he dyed it blonde.
