I really liked the opening theme for Paradise Kiss ("Lonely in Gorgeous" ), but recently I've had a soft spot for the opening of Sgt. Frog. It makes me laugh. emotion_awesome

I like several openings and endings from Black Butler (Kuroshitsuji) and Fullmetal Alchemist (and also Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood) heart

Saber Rider And The Star Sherrifs, Samurai Pizza Cats, Super Dimension Century Orguss and Neon Genesis Evangelion

I have three favorites,
Motto to Love Ru: Trouble (Loop de Loop)
Denpa Onna to Seishin Otoko but the ending (Ruru)
Durarara (Uragiri no Yuuyake)
I think they fit the anime's perfectly~
