BERSERK- NEW ARC~~

Berserk is a fantastic story. So much more than the blood and guts portion most people get stuck on. It has some of he best written and believable character development I've ever come across. You really get attached to the characters and understand why they act in the ways they do (even if you hate them for it, IE Griffith). It's one of the few stories I can think off that I don't have any major complaints about. My one minor irritation is I dislike the Guts/Caska love story (because I dislike most love stories), but it's a sensible relationship and is really a major driving force as things progress. So I accept it.

I'm in the process of buying and reading the manga,I'm past the point of the Anime series, but not too much further as I can only buy as my pocket book allows.

I loved the series, considering how short it is I think it was a really fantastic depiction of the story. I just HATE that it cut off where it did.Though it did make me run out and get as much of the manga as I could immediately.

Hokuto no Ken kicks Berserk's a**. Berserk's great and all, but HnK is waaaaaaaay manlier, and you don't get the feeling that it should've been longer when you finish it.

Its a great manga.
I caught up in like 1 or 2 weeks.
but i wish he had like set dates for the next chapter since it can b random @ times.

There's alot of things done RIGHT in this manga.

1. the art. theres nothing for me to say about it you guys saw it
2. the story. everything happens for a reason and nothing s there for show
3. character development many characters changed in this this series for the better or the worse

Just on a random note, I think one of the problems with the series is that the story and the art ISN'T the best at the beginning, so it tricks people. It's been going on so long there's been a lot of improvement. xd

Well, it's like JJBA, though not as bad. You have to go quite a few volumes before the art is more 'Oh, wow!', but... then you miss out on story and it's more confusing. D:
