This is also one of Sasuke's definite wins seeing as his Sharingan conquered and reversed the polarity of Orochimaru's soul swapping technique. Instead of Orochimaru assimilating Sasuke's soul, Sasuke assimilated and captured Orochimaru's soul. _versus Deidara? DRAW. Deidara blew himself up; Sasuke hid inside a giant snake. _versus Itachi?
